Aft on the Veranda Deck looking forward toward the Inspiration's funnel Verandah Deck

The Verandah Deck (Deck 11) begins with a forward Observation Area that can be accessed from the Gymnasium on the Sports Deck or through the left hallway by the Verandah Deck Suites.  This is another excellent vantage point to watch the ship's progress.  It is not as high as the Sun Deck's observation area and is partly sheltered from the weather because of the super structure behind it.

Proceeding aft, you find the Verandah Deck Suites.  Most are outside cabins with private balconies overlooking the ocean.  What a view!

Staying inside you pass through the Grand Atrium where you can take the twin glass elevators all the way down to Atlantic Deck or anywhere in between.

Outside on Verandah Deck there is a covered sitting area with Ping Pong tables.  This is a great place to sit, out of the sun, and still enjoy the activities below on the Lido Deck.

The Verandah Deck midship looking aft on Monday, no deck chairs today! The Verandah Deck continues aft around both sides of the ship providing shelter to the Lido Deck.  This stretch is a very popular sunbathing area.  Once behind the open Lido Deck area, the Verandah Deck becomes a very large area for lounging under the sun.

The Verandah Deck looking forward just ahead of the funnelContinuing aft, walking around the massive funnel of the Inspiration you find another huge open deck area for sunbathing.  This area includes a teaching spot for the onboard golf pro.  There is a small swimming pool and two hot tubs for relief from the sun.  All the way aft on Verandah Deck you can look down past the Lido Deck outdoor sitting areas to the Promenade Deck Children's Pool.  If you want to see where you've been, this is the place.
